Gentlemen.
The June Open was well attended with 89 players vying for the title. Almost $2,000 was awarded to our divisional gross and net winners. Deuce and skin pots were also lucrative. Good luck to all the winners.
Our next event is a biggie. It’s the Two-Man Best-Ball Championship. On July 11, we’ll have the first tourney with net and gross winners by division. On the following Saturday, July 17, the top 16 teams will play for the $300 top prize. Each team will also kick in another $20/each for additional prizes. Form your teams and call the pro-shop to get your tee time. There is a 9 stroke handicap differential between partners but you will receive 100% of your handicaps.
I would also like to remind all that on Friday, July 10, there is a benefit tourney in the memory of Mike Smith that benefits Hospice. Lake Padden LLC and Mills Electric are co-sponsors of this event. There will be great prizes and all proceeds go to support the many services that Hospice represent. Attached is the handout for this event.
